LIFE Incorporated provides rehabilitative and habilitative services and supports consistent with the identified needs of the individual and family system through a person-centered planning process. Our services and supports are aligned with the individual's right to receive necessary supports and services in the least restrictive environment, while promoting functional skill development in a variety of normalized settings, including residential, employment, center, and community-based settings.
