Residential Habilitation/Supported
Living Program

Residential Habilitation provides assistance to adults living with developmental disabilities in the areas of self-care, receptive and expressive language, learning, mobility, self-direction, capacity for independent living, and economic self-sufficiency in the community and residential settings. The purpose of this service is to provide the individual with the most normalized, inclusive, community-based living arrangement; most heightened level of independence; and, highest quality of life possible.

Individuals are able to reside in their own home with 24 hour supports to ensure health and safety needs are addressed and monitored; financial obligations are monitored; and, rehabilitation and habilitation activities are addressed on a daily basis. All SL participants reside in adequate residential settings within safe communities and LIFE Incorporated actively assists in this effort through ongoing professional support and coordination.

LIFE Incorporated offers Representative Payee services at no charge to Supported Living participants. It is the individual or families’ decision to choose a Representative Payee to assist in managing monies, as needed. LIFE Incorporated is one option the individual or family may choose.
