Currently, we have many paraprofessional employees pursuing undergraduate degrees. Potentially, these employees diligence may equate to professional positions within the agency as Developmental DisAbility Professionals. We also employ Masters Level employees in key professional positions currently.
Professional Employees:
LIFE, Inc. believes in retention of professional employees and strives to promote an organizational hierarchical system, which provides individuals the opportunity to increase professional responsibilities; receive promotions; and, increase abilities to impact the developmentally disabled population on the micro-, mezzo-, and macro-levels.
We offer entry-level professional positions as Developmental DisAbility Professionals (i.e. Developmental Specialists; Program Coordinators). Additional professional supervisory positions within the agency currently include Supervising Developmental Specialist; Supervising Program Coordinator; Licensed Social Worker(s); and, Program Director. As our agency continues to grow, LIFE, Inc. will continue to address the necessity to provide for professional growth.
