Jay Giggey - a long-time participant in the LIFE, Inc. Residential Habilitation - Supported Living Program received the surprise of a lifetime from three thoughtful and generous employees at REI in June 2007.
Employees at the local outdoor outfitter store banded together to purchase a brand, new bicycle for Jay. (see photos below)
Jay uses his bicycle as his main form of transportation. It gives him a feeling of independence and freedom. When his old bicycle was beyond repair, his friends at REI worked some of their own special magic to allow Jay to continue riding the bike paths and roads of the Treasure Valley.
